Distance Learning Resources 

Keystone College offers new instructors to online learning the support to assist in the development of courses to be delivered at a distance. Instructors should plan to meet with the Faculty Coordinator of Online Learning, in addition to staff members of Educational Technology and Blackboard Administration. Faculty members currently teaching online and those considering online instruction may browse through the distance learning resources below:

Online Instruction & Certification

For instructors considering certification or professional development for distance learning there are variety of opportunities available. These include single courses, certificate programs, workshops, and degrees:

Course Proposals for Online Delivery


Faculty members considering the development of a course for online delivery should review the Online Course Development Instructions. Once approved, a Course Proposal form should be completed and submitted to the Online Learning Committee, which meets monthly September through May. Course Propsals must be submitted to the Committee for review by January 15th or May 15th of each academic year. To be directed to the OTLT site for forms, click on Learn More.
