La Plume – The Keystone College community and the local community gathered on February 18 to celebrate the grand opening of the new Keystone Commons retail development complex.
The ribbon cutting was held inside the new Steak n Shake restaurant. Officials and friends from Keystone, Factoryville Borough, state government, and representatives of the businesses comprising the new $3.5 million development were on hand.
The grand opening also celebrated Penn East Federal Credit Union, Keystone Fitness, and the College Green Eatery and Market.
